Approximately 40 000 bottles are produced every year, and sold :
- 50 % to the export market, in about twenty countries from The United Kingdom to the United states by way of China or Australia...
- 35 % in restaurants and retailers ; more than 200 restaurants with a third of Michelin-stared, among which some of the best French tables (Ducass, Troisgros, Lameloise, Blanc, Bocuse, Marcon...)
- 15 % direct to the private consumers.
